We reviewed the handout on systems of inequalities, updated our folders, and set priorities for our review of the entire topic (solving systems of equations and inequalities).
There will be no class on Monday (2 hour delay)
On Tuesday, we'll review all five topics, but with the following emphasis:
1. solve by substitution
2. solve by graphing
3. write systems of equations/inequalities from word problems
4. solve systems of inequalities
5. solve by elimination
Before Tuesday, it would be wise to review the chapter review section in the book, starting on p. 387. We will also dedicate the math tutoring session on Tuesday afternoon (3:20 - 4:00) to additional review.
the test is scheduled for Wednesday. Students will be permitted to bring 1 page of notes to refer to during the test.
