We finished off the last two items from yesterday -- graphing from standard form -- as a quiz.
Then we launched into transforming equations into standard form . We will continue with this on Monday -- we are almost done with linear equations & their graphs -- I hope to be ready for a test by the end of next week. There is NO ASSIGNMENT over the weekend.
I've started grading the inequality packets -- they'll get into powerschool before Monday. Many students had a tough time with this and we will be able to work on improving this grade before the end of the quarter but, in the meantime, I expect some grades will suffer.
All students who completed the functions retest saw their test score raise by at least one letter grade :)
