Today many students spent time completing their computation tests.
Those that were done started working on a problem-solving workshop involving many percent calculations. They select items from catalogs for their own "store" -- calculate a discount price, then a markup price, then a commission. the goal is to get as close as possible to spending the $2500 our "money partner" is providing. This is all in-class work.
Tutoring this week is open to any student who would like to improve their grade.
