Today in class we started with a review sheet on number sense -- divisibility and factoring and rational numbers.
Then we learned how to transform equations -- the assignment for tonight is to complete the odd items (3 - 19) on p. 56 of the Algebra Survival Guide. This must be done on a separate sheet of paper so you can show the work. It is only 9 items, just like those we did in class today.
Due today was a Take Home Quiz, from the book, page 588, items 54-62. Only 7 students had anything to turn in (it was assigned on Thursday). This is not acceptable. Those who didn't even try it need to "get 'er done".
