More fabulous Thanksgiving dinner menus from our problem-solving workshop:
the most number of menu items (31): serves 15 at $15.95 each:
appetizers: Amish friendship bread, applelsauce bread, cheese ball & crackers, roasted red pepper spread
main dishes: ham, turkey, steak, mac and cheese, spaghetti, chili
desserts: S'more cones, apple smiles, chocolate cookies, oatmeal cookies, apple chocolate cake, bulldog brittle, sinful brownies, banana pudding, chocolate pretzels, apple cake
drinks: orange juice, coca cola, pepsi, mountain dew, apple juice, cranberry juice, franzia wine (for the adults only), cream soda, water, lemon juice (?)
Most expensive dinner per person is $17.93 each and serves 6
Entrees: deep fried turkey, ham, roast beef
Side Dishes: green bean casserole, cheesy potatoes, Hawaiian rolls, tortilla roll ups
Dessert: pumpkin pie, pecan pie, fudge squares, peanut brittle
Drinks: wine (they couldn't resist the sale prices in the ads), water, sweet tea, coke
Least expensive dinner per person is $4.85 each and serves 25
chocolate pie, turkey, mashed potatoes, mac'n'cheese, peanut butter cookies, ham, ice cream, pudding, brownies, mountain dew, hot chocolate, pumpkin pie
Almost every student said YES they would like to eat the dinner they planned.
